すし - 21st 愛の弁当

This tray of sushi is done for my Company's Family Day few weeks back.

But did not have time to upload it until now.... Did these near to middle of night. 

Took total of about 4 hours in total. From cooking of rice, to mixing it, preparing the ingredients and doing the sushi...... 

Worth the effort! My colleagues Loves It!! 

(Special Thanks to my hubby for contributing his stomach to eat up the both ugly ends of the sushi rolls)
